• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Credits purchased or included in plans expire as specified in your plan details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShortVidCast to:

• Create, distribute, or publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
• Generate misinformation, deepfakes intended to deceive, or content that impersonates real individuals without consent.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its AI systems.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent activity.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using ShortVidCast. By using our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: All software, designs, logos, and technology underlying ShortVidCast are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.

7. Third-Party Integrations

ShortVidCast integrates with third-party services including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Stripe, and AI providers. By connecting these services:

• You agree to the respective terms of service of each third-party platform.
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party services.
• You authorize ShortVidCast to act on your behalf when publishing content to connected platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShortVidCast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Published content will achieve any specific reach, views, or engagement on social platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortVidCast and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ShortVidCast at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
